Parents Guide To Using Our Administrative Platforms

Arbor Management Information System is the secure online platform our school uses to manage and organise important pupil information. It helps us keep accurate records of attendance, contact details, medical information, assessment data, and much more - all in one place.
Using Arbor allows staff to work more efficiently and communicate effectively with families. Parents can access the Arbor Parent Portal or app to update contact details, view attendance, book parents evening and provide various consents.
By using Arbor, we ensure that your child’s information is kept safe, up to date, and that communication between home and school is clear and consistent.
Parent's can log in to Arbor using the email address that we hold on record.

Scopay is our school’s secure online payment system. It allows parents and carers to easily pay for things like school meals, trips and clubs without needing to send cash or cheques into school.
Through the Scopay website or app, you can view your child’s balance, top up their account, and see what payments have been made. It’s quick, convenient, and helps us reduce the amount of cash handled in school.
Using Scopay makes managing payments simpler for families and ensures funds are recorded safely and accurately.
You will be issued with a Scopay access letter when your child first starts at Oakwood, and then again when they start at Greenfields.
