Pastoral Support
At Green Oaks School, we recognise that there may be times when we may need a little support with our emotional wellbeing. We want everyone involved with our school to feel well supported and so we work hard to build warm and trusted relationships with all of the children connected with the school.
Our Senior Mental Health Lead at Green Oaks is Mrs Arline Green (Assistant Headteacher at Greenfields).
To get this right, we have a wide range of support available. If you think your child would benefit from one of these, please discuss these with your child's class teacher initially and if agreed, a referral will go to our SEND team who help to assign the most appropriate support.

In Class Support
In Class Support
Our teachers and LSAs are exceptional and most worries can be supported by them. They are used to helping children who may have anxiety coming in, or who benefit from a daily check-in or need support with making friends at play and break. Please book an appointment at the office if you'd like to discuss this with your child's teacher.
